Hello, Milene and welcome to planDisney!
Dining around the Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorites topics of discussion, so let's dig in! Milene, I'm sorry to hEAR that you weren't successful in your quest for dining reservations
60 days in advance. I've been in a similar situation when traveling at a popular time of the year.
Since you're still over a month away from your trip, I have two suggestions that I hope might help. I first encourage you to continually check back, daily if possible. A few years ago when we were traveling in December we were hoping to have a character breakfast at
Chef Mickey's and then walk over to Magic Kingdom Park, but there were no reservations available when our booking window opened. While it did take persistence, we were able to find a
reservation in advance of our trip. Milene, while there isn't a guarantee, guests' plans do change all the time, and hopefully you'll be the lucky one to benefit from that change. Pay close attention to the reservation availability 24-72 hours prior to your visit since people will often cancel reservations while they are at Walt Disney World.
My second recommendation is to familiarize yourself with the
Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability feature through your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. This feature allows you to add yourself to a walk-up wait list for same-day availability. When a restaurant's wait list has reached capacity, you'll see a notification through the My Disney Experience Mobile App when you search for that location.
Milene, I hope this helps as you're looking ahead to your holiday vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth. I'll be wishing on a star that you're able to find some reservations that will have you smiling from ear to EAR.
