Welcome to planDisney, Rebecca! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. With your trip just a few days away, I'm happy to help you get everything squared away and figure out exactly what you need to do with your
ticket.
If you purchased a 3-day ticket through the Walt Disney World website or
My Disney Experience, it's very likely that your ticket does not require a park reservation at all. Most tickets are date-based, meaning you selected the start date when you bought them, and they already have that reservation built in, so you're all set without needing to pick your parks in advance. The same rule applies to the
3-Day, 3-Park ticket special offer available this summer: no reservations required!
If you are trying to make a reservation in the My Disney Experience app or on the website and you're getting a message that's sending you in circles, it might just be that your ticket doesn't need reservations, and the system is reflecting that by not letting you make any. Kind of confusing, I know, but it's actually a good thing! It means you're likely ready to walk right in.
That said, if you want to be 100% sure what type of ticket you have and whether you need to do anything else before you arrive this weekend, I recommend
calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Tickets. A Cast Member can take a look at your ticket ID and tell you exactly what you need, or don't need, to do before your visit.
You're so close to the magic, Rebecca! Let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your trip.
