What is an id code for linking tickets?

    Hi Diane,

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for visiting with your question about Disney World theme park tickets. I see your trip is nearly here, so let's get right to it.

When you purchased your theme park tickets, you would have received an email confirmation with your ticket ID code (look for the barcode - the ID code is directly below it). Your next step is to link the tickets in the My Disney Experience Mobile app or on the Disney World website (make sure you're logged in to your MyDisney account). In the app, log in and click on the "My Tickets and Passes" tile. Click the "+" icon at the top right, which pulls down another menu. Click "Link Tickets & Passes" and fill in the ID code from your email using your Camera, a Disney band or by typing the ID code.

If you're still having trouble, you can reach out to a Cast Member for assistance with your Disney Park tickets. They'll be able to help link your tickets so you can continue with your planning to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

I hope this information helps, Diane. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out - I'm happy to assist!

    Happy planning,
    Candace
