Hi there Lori! I love your plan! I would recommend planning your dinner and drinks at either the Contemporary or Grand Floridian Resorts, since you can hop on the monorail from the Polynesian Resort to your dinner and then head back to pick up the kids and watch Wishes. The Wave at the Contemporary is a fun, casual and trendy spot with a great bar. I recently had a fabulous meal there with a group of my Moms Panel pals, and we had a wonderful time. The California Grille, also at the Contemporary offers breathtaking views, amazing, fresh and creative food and an impressive wine list. Narcoossee's and Cítricos, both at the Grand Floridian are also excellent venues for a special anniversary meal. As for timing, you don't mention when you are planning your special night, but I'd recommend arriving back at the Never Land Club approximately thirty minutes before Wishes starts, to ensure that you have enough time to coax them out (mine generally have to be bribed because they are having so much fun!) and head to the beach. It sounds like you have a magical evening planned. Happy anniversary!
