I'd like to add Disney Genie+ to our theme park visits per day per ticket - November 3, 4 & 5. The hold times for calling into Disney Travel Services is always at least 75 to 90 minute hold times and I cannot find where to add online.

    Hi Mark! Welcome to planDisney!

You must be SO excited to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth in just TWO days! You will be strolling around the theme parks and taking in all the attractions, shows, and Character interactions before you know it. Make sure to try and spot as many of the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection as you can. There are some located in every theme park as part of the Walt Disney World 50th anniversary celebration and they are beautiful!

The easiest way I have found to add Disney Genie+ is through the My Disney Experience mobile app. When on the app, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then select "My Genie Day." On that page, change the date to the first day of your visit, then click the link that says, "Get Disney Genie+ for Today." This should walk you through the process of purchasing Disney Genie+. If you are unable to purchase in advance for any reason, you can also follow these steps to purchase the morning of your visit.

I hope this helps, Mark! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
