Hiya Amy - welcome back to
planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with another question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical,
Walt Disney World Resort vacations! You keep coming back, so I'm guessing you've found our answers helpful - hooray!
It certainly has been a hot summer, and not just in Orlando! One of the biggest mistakes one can make when tackling the Theme Parks in the heat is not staying hydrated. While there are countless options to stay hydrated at
the more than 300 food and beverage locations and experiences across Walt Disney World Resort, plain old water is always a great option!
Rest assured, Amy, you'll be able to request complimentary ice water at nearly all Quick Service locations in the Theme Parks, as well as all Joffrey's kiosks, some snack kiosks, and you may even find some self-serve stations with those little red cups on extra hot days. Additionally, water bottle fill stations have been popping up recently all across Walt Disney World Resort, typically in areas that are new or have been recently refurbished or refreshed. I feel like I stumble across a new fill station every time I visit, so if you're on the hunt for one, simply ask a Cast Member and they should be able to point you in the right direction.
During your
Disney Resorts Collection stay you are welcome to either request complimentary ice water at any dining location, or you are welcome to refill your own bottle at the water tap, usually located in the self-serve soda machines at a Resort's Quick Service dining location. Of course, as someone who has visited before, you already know that bottled water is available for purchase around darn near every corner, but you always have easy access to complimentary H2O wherever your adventures may take you!
I hope this information is helpful as you continue dreaming up your next vacation -
please let us know whenever a new question comes to mind!
