Is ice available for purchase or does the hotel have ice machines available?

    Hi Gerald!

I am thrilled to welcome you to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your COOL question about ice machines in the Disney Resorts Collection hotels.

Gerald, all Disney Resorts Collection hotels have ice machines available for Guest usage. Multi-building hotels normally have ice machines in every building (unless they are down for maintenance), and many hotels have them on every floor!

My family uses the ice machines every single time we stay in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. We use them both for our Guest rooms as well as to fill our reusable bottles before we visit the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. I ent-ICE you to do the same, Gerald. Nothing beats have an ice-cold drink on a hot, Florida day!

As you get ready for your next Walt Disney World Resort visit, I encourage you to visit the experience updates page. This page is a great resource of information on Disney Park Pass theme park reservations, physical distancing protocols, face coverings, and contactless payment options.

If you have any other questions before, during, or after your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please visit planDisney again. It's always nICE to help you!

    Wishing you a Magical Vacation,

    Priscila
