    Hi Benjamin,

I just returned from a school trip.  Among the group of 16 students I chaperoned there were three vegetarians and they had a wealth of great dining options during our vacation.  If ever we had a question regarding which options would be best suited to their needs, we simply asked the first Cast Member we encountered in the restaurant.  That Cast Member would instantly summon the restaurant manager and he or she appeared to share with my students a list of items that were both tasty and vegetarian-friendly.  Don't hesitate to ask for guidance at any of the Disney restaurants you decide to explore.

If you want to see a full list of food items available at the restaurants at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, go to the independent fan site, allears.net.  Select the "dining" menu under "Walt Disney World" and then choose "resort hotels" from the menu that appears.  Scroll down and you will find the restaurants at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.  You can also find information regarding vegetarian dining at the DIsney Food Blog at www.disneyfoodblog.com.  Finally, the Disney Parks Blog offers frequent articles on healthy/vegetarian eating at Walt Disney World.

Let us know if you need any additional guidance as you plan your trip.  We'd be delighted to help!
