    When will hyperspace mountain turn back into space mountain I am planning to ride the original version of the ride on summer 2026

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I would be happy to help guide you in your travels across the galaxy…wait I mean Disneyland!

    Hyperspace Mountain is a fun overlay that Disneyland brings in for the Season of the Force. Honestly, it is one of my favorite seasonal overlays at the Disneyland resort. However, I get that guest may be looking forward to enjoying the classic version of the ride. This year, there will be a pause on The Season of the Force, so it is unclear if or when Hyperspace Mountain will back. For the foreseeable future, Space Mountain is in its regular state.

    As you plan for the summer, keep in mind that Disneyland Resort will be celebrating Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary. There will be so much to enjoy: special entertainment, food, merchandise, and more! I really enjoyed seeing Tapestry of Happiness because they had a segment that honored many rides that used to be at Disneyland. 

    Just in case you have not heard, the new Soarin’ Across America will be coming to California Adventure! It's set to debut on July 2,2026, just in time to celebrate America's 250 years of independence! This is sure to be a popular attraction for guest visiting the parks.
