Hiya, Sam!
I’m so glad you are planning on a safely-hydrated visit to the Disneyland Resort. All bags and personal items are subject to safety inspection upon entering the Disneyland Resort area. Certain items, such as glass containers (except for small containers such as baby food jars) and alcoholic beverages are
not permitted in the theme parks and
Downtown Disney District. But your hydration pack, full or empty, should be allowed. I’ve seen many guests making use of these handy hydration packs at the Disneyland Resort. Though it’s not likely an issue for most packs, do be aware that backpack must not be larger than 24 inches long by 15 inches wide by 18 inches high. Though loose ice is not allowed, it is usually fine to have ice contained inside the hydration pack bladder if you choose.
Tony’s Tip: Should the
Southern California sun get your thirst up enough to empty your hydration pack, make use of complimentary water cups and
water bottle refill stations throughout the theme parks.
