It looks like Stitch is at it again! Sometimes Stitch gets a little too excited that you are coming to the Walt Disney World Resort to see him. I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your park pass reservations. I would be happy to help you troubleshoot your missing reservations.
If you are using My Disney Experience on a computer, try closing your browser completely and then relaunch your browser in a new window and sign in to My Disney Experience again. If you are using a smartphone device or tablet, make sure you have the most updated version of the My Disney Experience mobile app and that your device is also running the most updated operating system. Restart your device and open the
My Disney Experience app again. Hopefully, this resolves your issue and your reservations will reappear.
I do know from past experience that any time you cancel or modify your
Disney Park Pass reservations, you will receive an email as confirmation. Check your email to see if you have received such confirmation, if you haven’t his reservation is still in there.
Double-check your “
My Family & Friends” list to make sure your husband connected his MagicBand to the correct account. If he’s had an old My Disney Experience account associated with another email address, this could cause a problem and all his plans may not appear. When things like this happen to me and I can’t resolve the issue, it’s time to get help from a Cast Member through the chat feature on the
Help Center page or by contacting the My Disney Experience tech team at (407) 939-4357. I certainly hope this helps you resolve your tech issue.
