I'm so sorry you're having trouble with your
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Pass. The first thing I recommend doing is to restart your mobile phone and your
Disneyland app. Sometimes a hard reset is just the trick! I would also double check the expiration date underneath the bar code of your husband's Magic Key Pass to ensure that it's eligible for renewal. Current Magic Key Passes are eligible for renewal up to 30 days before their expiration date.
If both of your Magic Key Passes are within the renewal window, you can visit
Disneyland.com/renew to begin the renewal process for both passes. From there, you'll be prompted to sign into your Disney account, and then you'll be directed to the page to renew which will say "Renew Your Magic Key Pass" at the top of the page. You will see any Magic Key Passes that are linked in your account that are eligible for renewal, and you can proceed from there. If your husband's Magic Key Pass renewal window doesn't line up with yours, then you will just need to renew them separately according to their renewal window dates.
