My husband’s magic band doesn’t show that it’s activated. He doesn’t have an option to activate or deactivate his band. The only option he has is to report as lost. What do we do?

    Hello there, Brittany!

Just like Encanto’s Isabela, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is teaming with rows and rows of roses and other flowers. It is such a beautiful sight. I hope you make time to explore the festival topiaries, food, and Garden Rocks Concert Series during your upcoming vacation.

Let’s try activating your husband’s magic band again. As Mrs. Potts said, “There may be something there that wasn’t there before.” First, log into your husband's My Disney Experience app and select the three horizontal bars in the bottom right corner of the screen. From there, scroll down and select “MagicBands and More.” Next, select “View MagicBands” under your husband’s name. If the MagicBand isn’t listed, select “+ Link,” and you can either scan your MagicBand against your phone or enter the MagicBand ID number under “Admission Media.” Once you’re done linking the MagicBand, go back to “MagicBands and More” to confirm that your MagicBand is there.

If this doesn’t work for you, I recommend calling the Disney tech team to see if they can work their magic to see what may be going wrong.

May the magic be with you!
