My husbands app shows the kids’ tickets but they don’t show up on mine and we are linked on the friends and family list

    Hi Amanda, welcome to planDisney!

Summertime, and the livin' is easy at Walt Disney World Resort. Fish are jumpin' at Finding Nemo: The Big Blue...and Beyond! at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park and the cotton candy is stacked high at Main Street Confectionery at Magic Kingdom park.

You're smart to ensure you've got your [Donald] ducks in a row before your August arrival. Just a friendly reminder that valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a method of entry (MagicBand, admission card, or Disney MagicMobile pass) are currently required for theme park entry.

I understand you're unable to see your children's tickets on your My Disney Experience mobile app, Amanda, and know how frustrating that can be. I did a little hands-on research this evening and hope you find my experience helpful. My children's My Disney Experience profiles are managed under my account. My kids and I are all visible on my husband's Family and Friends list in his My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the home page --> scroll down to "My Profile" --> click the "Family and Friends List" tab).

All four of us have tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party that appear in my My Disney Experience app (three small lines --> Tickets and Passes). When I first looked at my husband's app, his ticket was the only one that appeared. I then went back to my app, selected his name from my Family and Friends list and selected "All My Plans" as the "Choose Which Plans [Mcky Dad] Can See" option. Returning to my husband's app, the other tickets were still not appearing so I restarted his app. After restarting the app, three out of our four tickets magically appeared. I can't tell you why my daughter's ticket is still not showing up in my husband's My Disney Experience app, but I can tell you this specific scenario is a little deal when it comes to planning and executing a Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

As long as tickets are linked to your children in your husband's My Disney Experience account and you see everyone's name on your Family and Friends list, Amanda, you should have no problem seeing and making park day plans for them (dining reservations, Lightning Lane reservations, etc.) in your app. Rest assured your children's method of entry will also be connected to the tickets, despite this technical Stitch. If you don't mind enjoying some magical hold music, a friendly Cast Member at the My Disney Experience and MagicBands phone number can also assist you with this concern.

Feel free to keep this conversation going. I'm hEAR to help!

    Plan magic; planDisney.
    Jennifer
