I'm so excited to hop aboard when
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure starts previews for Annual Passholders in September! I was able to secure a reservation for my family as well, and I just can't wait to see what the Little Chef is cooking up for us!
Terri, I'm so sorry you've been having trouble with your husband's Annual Pass on your
My Disney Experience account. It sounds like you might have already
linked his pass to your account, but let's give it another try just in case. Sign in to your My Disney Experience account and go to your
Family & Friends List. If you don't see his name there, click on "Add a Guest" at the bottom of the page. You can enter his information and generate an email for him to connect with you. Then, you can choose to manage his plans or share plans with him. Hopefully, that will allow you to see the details of his Annual Pass.
As far as adding your husband to your Remy's Ratatouille Adventure preview reservation, my guess is you'll need to
contact Guest Relations and speak to a Cast Member for help. I just looked at my confirmation email, and it says you can register a Guest to accompany you as long as that Guest has an Annual Pass, but I don't see a place to add someone online. If you're still having trouble adding his Annual Pass to your account, this would also be a good time to have a Cast Member look over that issue.
