Hi Dorothy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am thrilled to answer your excellent question about
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.
I’ll be honest with you. I can never answer a question about Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter without daydreaming about the delicious
French Beignets available at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory — yum, yum, yum! In fact, even when staying in other Disney Resort hotels, a Walt Disney World Resort visit is never complete until I pick up an order of warm, sweet French Beignets from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.
Dorothy, if you are anything like me, you want to stay close to the French Quarter Lobby, Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory and the bus stops. It is so convenient to stay in the "middle of it all!" The lobby, food court and bus stops are all housed in the main building. The Guest room buildings closest to the main building are buildings 3 and 4.
In building 4, Guest rooms 4119-4134 are in the wing closest to the walking path which takes you to the main building. In building 3, Guest rooms 3125-3140 are in the wing closest to the walking path which takes you to the main building. If you need accessible accommodations, both sets of Guest rooms that I have shared with you have accessible Guest rooms.
Dorothy, I hope I have thoroughly answered your question. If you have any additional questions, please visit me again. I am all EARS!
Wishing you a Magical Vacation this December,
Priscila
