My husband, 8 yr old son, and I just got an awesome chance to go to WDW for the 1st time. But we leave this Sun 5-20! So there has been no advance planning or meal reservations, etc. What do we do? I didn't want to pass this up but feel overwhelmed! Help!

    Hi Wendy,

How fantastic that you have an opportunity to visit Walt Disney World this weekend!  I consider you to be one lucky girl!  I would look at the Park Hours and see what days you will be going to each park.  Then I find that calling (407) WDW-DINE number and speaking with a Cast Member will relay some of the anxiety of planning meals.  I usually will give them a couple of restaurants to see if by chance there is a reservation open.  Be flexible and look for unusual times such as an early lunch or really late lunch.  For the Magic Kingdom, I love dining at the Crystal Palace and Liberty Tree Tavern.  At Epcot, I love Les Chef de France, the Garden Grill Restaurant, or the Coral Reef Restaurant.   The Sci-fi Dine-In Theater and 50's Prime Time Cafe are so much fun at Hollywood Studios.  I love the Tusker House Restaurant at Animal Kingdom.  You may even try 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian Resort and Ohana at the Polynesian Resort.  Wendy, you will have so much fun on this trip!  Just enjoy the experience and let us know if we can help you further!
