Donna from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My husband, my 6-year-old and myself are coming and would like to make reservations for Savi's workshop. Will each of us be able to have our own reservation and build, or will one of us parents need to be her guest in order for her to build?

    Bright Suns, Donna!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by en route to a galaxy far, far away. In just a few weeks, you'll be making the jump to light speed and living your own Star Wars adventure. May the Force be with you!

I'm glad to hear you're making arrangements to build custom lightsabers while in the Black Spire Outpost marketplace. The Gatherers are anxious to assist you in your quest to wield Jedi power and take on the First Order.  While your young Padawan is welcome in the workshop and can certainly construct her lightsaber, the experience area is limited to the builder and 1 guest, and at least one person in the party must be age 14 or older. Your daughter can either be the builder or the guest, but someone will need to accompany her since she is not yet 14. Keep in mind the guest is not permitted to build a lightsaber, so arrange your parties accordingly.

I hope this is helpful, Donna. If you decide to have your Youngling be a guest of a builder, she can also shop for parts, additional accessories, and other intergalactic treasures at Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities. Have an out-of-this-world time during your visit to Batuu, and if there's anything else we can do to make your trip even more magical, come see us again.

    Til the Spire!
