    My husband and our 13 year old are coming on our first trip to WDW in may . I read that when you go shopping you could have your things sent to the hotel instead of dragging them with us all day. My ? is, do they charge for this convenience?

    Package delivery to your WDW resort hotel is a complimentary service.

    We have used this service on countless occasions to avoid carrying our purchases with us while touring.

    You will fill out an info card with your resort information. Make sure to inquire as to when your package will be delivered as sometimes it is not until the next day. This could be unacceptable if your child is waiting patiently to play with a new toy.

    For an alternative, have the package shipped to the front of the park instead. You can pick it up at Package Pick-Up when you exit.

    Most packages sent to the resorts are shipped to the resort's gift shop where you will pick them up at your convenience.
