My husband, 2 4 year old boys, and I are going the September 9-13. We would love to have a mom and dad night at cirque de solei and dinner. Whats the best thing we should do that is cost friendly? We are willing to pay for a babysitter or care center

    Hi Karla,

An adults-only evening with dinner followed by a show at La Nouba performed by Cirque Du Soleil would be truly memorable.

Our son has stayed at Simba's Cubhouse at the Animal Kingdom Lodge on a few occasions. He had a good time and the staff was excellent. You may want to have dinner at one of the resort hotels. Sanaa at the Animal Kingdom Lodge is popular for romantic diners.

Or opt to stay at the Downtown Disney area where you could dine and then walk over to the show. I would suggest Wolfgang Puck's Dining Room for your special night.

For a budget friendly night, head to Downtown Disney for pre-dinner drinks at the Margarita Bar kiosk on the waterfront. Dine at Wolfgang Puck Express (counter-service with a touch of class) then walk over to the show. After, enjoy a beverage at Raglan Road or an ice cream sundae at Ghirardelli!

If you need more ideas, stop back! Wishing you a fabulous vacation!
