My husband and I are wondering if it is possible to have my kids 4 and 1 stay in the Oceaneer club and nursery while we did the 2 hour snorkeling excursion on Castaway Cay?

    Ahoy, Kelly!

Thank you so much for stopping by, and for using the Disney Parks Moms Panel as a planning resource for your Disney Cruise Line vacation!

You are absolutely welcome to utilize the nursery and Youth Clubs while you and your husband enjoy a Port Adventure on Disney's beautiful private island, Castaway Cay.

For your little one, make sure to reserve a nursery time slot before you set sail, and allow yourselves at least 30 minutes between your reservation and the start time of your excursion. That should provide ample time to exit the ship and make your way to the meeting spot for your snorkeling adventure.

The Oceaneer Club will meet in a location on the island called Scuttles Cove - that's where your four-year old will need to check in during your Port Adventure. The same Youth Counselors that work in the Oceaneer Club will be there, and will have fun activities scheduled for the kids throughout the day. Scuttle's Cove features a water play area - a 1,200-square-foot soft wet deck with pop jets, geysers and bubblers. There's also a giant whale bone excavation site called Monstro's Point!

I hope this helps with your planning! Please let us know if you have more questions before you set sail.

    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
