Should a husband and wife buying two annual passes link them to a single My Disney Experience account or should they each have their own account?

Hello Michael, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Congratulations on your decision to become Walt Disney World Annual Passholders! As a fellow Annual Passholder, I can tell you the most magical feeling in the world is knowing that you can walk into a Disney Theme Park every day of the year. There are so many other benefits that come with being a passholder, discounts on dining at select locations, exclusive limited edition merchandise, a complimentary MagicBand and so much more.

I would recommend that each passholder have their own My Disney Experience account. I come from a family of planners, and it is so much easier to plan a trip when everyone has their own account. They can connect to each other’s “My Family and Friends List” by sending or accepting an invitation to one another. Each passholder will need to link their passes to their account and once the pass has been activated, they can order their complementary MagicBand. I find it is much easier if each person has their own account when it comes to making or modifying FastPass+ or advance dining reservations. Having your own My Disney Experience account comes in handy when planning future trips with extended family members and friends.

    See ya real soon,
