    Hi Peggy,

You can't go wrong whether you choose the third week of October or the first week of November.  Both are times when lines for attractions are quite reasonable.  Keep checking the special offers page of the Disney World website to look for deals on rooms at this time.  New offers are added to this page frequently.

If you wish to visit Disney's water parks during your stay, I would probably opt for October rather than November because the temperatures will be a bit warmer.  Plus, you'll get to enjoy the fun Halloween decorations throughout the Disney theme parks during your stay.

Wishing you a magical stay at Walt Disney World!
