Hi! My husband and I are going to WDW on March 3-7. Our daughter will be turning 3 on the 4th. If we buy our tickets before we go to WDW does she need one? Any suggestions for a special treat on her day?

    Hi Jennifer!

Happy birthday to your little princess!  Disney considers children to be the age that they are when they CHECK INTO their Disney resort.  So, in other words, she won't need a ticket!  Be sure to pick up a free birthday pin for her to wear on her big day - you can pick one up at your resort or at any Guest Relations desk.  On her special day, why not treat  her to a royal makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique?  This extra special treat does require a reservation, so I would call as soon as possible.

If you have dining plans, be sure to mention to your server that she is celebrating a birthday - they MAY bring her a treat.  Or, you can purchase a six inch cake at any table service restaurant!  Of course, there is nothing better than making a birthday wish as the fireworks explode high above Cinderella' Castle - enjoy!

    Much pixie dust,
