    Husband and I were just at WDW last month for 10 days, had magic bands, my question is we are returning this September do we use the bands we have or will we get new ones? Thank You

    Hi Barbara!

         Yes, you can use your Magic Bands from a previous Walt Disney World vacation for your next Walt Disney World vacation as long as they are active in your My Disney Experience and you have a valid ticket linked to them (in order to enter a Walt Disney World theme park you would need a valid ticket linked to your Magic Band). The battery inside the Magic Band is supposed to last for up to two years so you can use your Magic Band for more than one Walt Disney World vacation. You can have more than one Magic Band active on your My Disney Experience account (I currently have six Magic Bands active on My Disney Experience account and my Annual Pass is linked to each one of them so that I can use any of my Magic Bands to enter a park in Walt Disney World or open the door to my Walt Disney World Resort room). You also can receive new Magic Bands for your September 2014 Walt Disney World vacation if you wish. You could always pick a different color Magic Band for your September Walt Disney World vacation and bring them both so that you can choose what color that you want to wear on a particular day.
