My husband wants to go to Disneyworld in September/October because he wants the shortest lines possible. But I would rather go the last week of August so that the kids don't miss any school. Is it really not as busy in the fall?

    Hi Daphne!!

Thank you so much for your question!!!

There is a pretty substantial drop off in the crowd size during the month of September.  The first part of August is still pretty crowded (and hot) and the crowds start to decrease as August goes on.  The month of October is also very manageable (except for Columbus Day Weekend.)

I think that you would be pleasantly surprised by the crowds in September and it might be worth a shot to visit.  You will also be much more comfortable in regards to the weather in September and October compared to August.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

I hope this helps and that you have a magical day!
