Hey, Claribel! Welcome to planDisney.
I’m so glad you stopped by with your question. Visiting Walt Disney World Resort with your little one is such a special experience. There’s something truly heartwarming about watching toddlers take in all the sights, sounds, and characters for the first time. Those wide eyes and happy giggles are unforgettable. You’re in for a trip full of sweet moments, whether it’s a ride on
Dumbo the Flying Elephant or dancing along to the
Festival of Fantasy Parade together.
When it comes to
Lightning Lane Single Pass, each Guest who wants to ride does need to purchase their own Lightning Lane. So if you’re using
Rider Switch and plan to skip the standby line, both you and your husband would each need to purchase a pass. On the other hand, if you’re fine with waiting in the regular standby line, then there’s no need to buy Lightning Lane access—you can still take advantage of Rider Switch without it. If you don't purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass, the first person will wait in the standby line, but then the second person will be able to go through the Lightning Lane line.
One tip from personal experience: take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers in each park. They’re quiet, cool spots perfect for diaper changes, feedings, or just a little break when your tiny Mouseketeer needs one. You’ll find everything from high chairs to toddler-size toilets, and the Cast Members there are wonderful. Wishing you and your family the most joyful time together!
See ya real soon, Claribel.
