My husband and I are visiting WDW for a week in April. We are debating if it would be a good idea to take a backpack into the parks with us or if it would end up being more of a hassle. It is just the two of us. Thank you for your help!

    Hi Allison,

How exciting that your vacation is right around the corner.  I have two young children, so entering the parks without a relatively large (ok, huge!) bag-o-park-gear is a luxury that is several years away!  My bag of choice is generally a back pack, because it leaves me with two free hands for my kids.  That being said, even when I venture the parks with just my moms panel pals, I always carry at least a modest-sized bag with some water, my camera, wallet and anything else I might need for the day.  If you plan on carrying any water, cameras, rain ponchos, snacks, etc. I recommend bringing along your back pack.  There are lockers available for rent inside all of the theme parks, so if it gets too cumbersome, you can always lock it away.

    Have a wonderful trip!
