Hi there. My husband and i are visiting WDW in Jan. for my 40th birthday and have made resv. at Narcoossee's. We understand that the view of the FW's is amazing which is why we picked it. I have heard that people outside on balcony can block view, true?

Welcome to the Moms Panel Cathy!

I can't think of a better place to celebrate a 40th birthday than Disney World!  I absolutely love Narcoossee's.  The food is excellent and the atmosphere is awesome so its a great choice for a celebration dinner.

The last time we visited, we didn't have a clear view from our table because other guests walked outside to see the fireworks.  So - we did too. The staff members at Narcoossee's are very accustomed to this happening.  They even covered our food so that it helped it to stay warm while we walked outside.  Wishes lasts approximately 12 minutes and when it was over, we returned to our table and finished our meal.  We didn't really find it an inconvenience to walk outside.  The view was completely worth it.

Please feel free to visit us again with any other questions during your planning.  Its our pleasure to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical birthday memories :-)  Allison
