Hi, my husband and I are visiting DW in a couple of weeks with 3 children, ages 8 (f), 4 (m) and 2(f). Would you recommend a double stroller or two single strollers? Any rides/shows that are a must?

    Hi Ronit:

My preference would be for two single strollers over a double. We used a double stroller on our first trip, but have used two single strollers ever since. The double stroller worked fine, but had a couple of drawbacks. Aside from the double stroller being bulkier folding up for Disney transportation, the selling point for the single stroller for me is that the double stroller is wider and a little less maneuverable. If the Parks get crowded, you'll appreciate being able to squeeze through narrower gaps in crowds with more maneuverability if using a single stroller. Again, the double stroller worked fine for us, and has the advantage of being one less stroller to keep up with, but overall, I believe two single strollers is preferable.

As for must dos: among many other things: at the Magic Kingdom, we always ride the Jungle Cruise, Peter Pan's Flight, Mickey's PhilharMagic, and it's a small world. At Epcot, we take in Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, and tour the countries of World Showcase through Agent P's World Showcase Adventure. Your young ones are likely too short for Soarin', so I would take advantage of rider swap for that attraction.  Highlights of World Showcase are the Kidcot Fun Stops, which are craft stations where children can draw and color while learning about different cultures as they interact with Cast Members from around the world. Our must-dos at Hollywood Studios include Toy Story Mania and Muppet Vision 3-D. At Animal Kingdom, our family always rides the Kilimanjaro Safari and visits Conservation Station.

    Enjoy your vacation.
