Hi Moms! My husband and I get to visit Walt Disney World Resort for a few days in February kid free! We frequent Disneyland Resort often, however could use some tips on what we can do to make our Walt Disney World visit extra special. Thanks for any help!

    Hi Jenny,

While my husband and I have fabulous memories of visiting Walt Disney World with our daughters, we love spending time there alone as well. It's a great time to  reconnect and enjoy each other's company. Here are a few of our favorite things to do together, in addition to the rides and attractions:

-- Circle the World Showcase at Epcot, having a sample of food or drink in the pavilions. We love stopping in Tutto Gusto wine bar mid-afternoon to snack on an assortment of meats and cheeses with a glass of wine. You will be visiting during the new Epcot International Festival of the Arts, which will feature arts and food on six weekends in January and February. It looks like so much fun.

-- Enjoy a special tour or experience. I recommend the Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom, the Wilderness Back Trail Adventure at Fort Wilderness or a fireworks cruise to see Wishes or IllumiNations.

-- Spend an evening at Disney Springs. Our current favorite restaurants there are Chef Art Smith's Homecoming Kitchen (fried chicken!), Morimoto Asia and, for a splurge, STK Orlando.

I'm limited on space but please check back with me if you want more suggestions. Enjoy!
