Hi Linda,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Hearing that you'll be having a
Grand Adventure this fall with your family makes my heart so, so happy. My children absolutely adore visiting Walt Disney World with their grandparents, and I know you'll make so many special memories together with that sweet little Mouseketeer.
There are many, many attractions that are baby-friendly – in fact, your precious grandbaby will be able to ride any of Disney's
"any-height" attractions. Some of my favorites for babies include Dumbo the Flying Elephant, "it's a small world," The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Frozen Ever After, and shows like Festival of the Lion King and the Disney Junior Dance Party! You'll be able to hold the baby in your lap on most attractions, or snuggle baby between two of you, depending on the seat configuration. There are Baby Care Centers in each theme park, where you can purchase any supplies you might need, change diapers, or feed and rock that precious little one in the air conditioning.
As for golf, there's a really neat-sounding current promotion called the
Sunrise 9-Hole or Sunset 9-Hole. There is nothing quite like a Walt Disney World sunrise (the sunsets are pretty magnificent too!), and a round of golf in a lovely setting with some snacks and refreshments sounds pretty magical to me! Check out all the specials on the
Walt Disney World Golf website – I hope you find something perfect for your visit.
Linda, enjoy every minute with that sweet baby and your whole family, and please come back and see us if we can help as you plan and dream.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
