Hello, Mabelle! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question!
I'm sorry to hear that your husband won't be able to join you for your upcoming trip, but delighted that your mother will get to share in the memories! You don't need to worry about the name associated with your tickets.
Theme park tickets aren't officially assigned to a Guest until you have the ticket scanned at the park gates and a Cast Member takes your picture. At that point, the ticket is assigned with the picture and will be used by that person for the remainder of the trip. A printed ticket will also be given at this time that you can use or you can continue to use the digital tickets in the
Disneyland app.
Speaking of the app, be sure you have the Disneyland app downloaded to your mobile device before your visit. The app will be the best tool for navigating the parks efficiently. You can use it to view attraction wait times, mobile order food from quick service restaurants, and to join the virtual queues for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure.
Have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
