My husband and two kids, ages 9 and 2, are planning our first trip in early May 2017. We are looking at moderate hotels and wonder if any of them offer full kitchens. Is a full kitchen necessary in your opinion (or just a fridge that most come with)?

    Hi Kelly,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. How fun is to plan a trip to WDW! So exited for you. My favorite moderate resort is Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Casitas and Cabanas are like my second home. The moderate ones are equipped with coffee maker and mini fridge. In my opinion it's all you need.  At the fridge, you can store some leftovers, milk, soda and some fruits. You can buy, at a local store, some bread, ham, cream cheese, yogurt and more for a quick in room breakfast with the coffee that they provide. It will save you a lot of time and money.  You can bring some snacks to the parks as well. If you don't plan on leaving WDW, you can order on line at some food delivery system directly to your room like Garden Grocer. Check their website, place your order and relax. You will not need to cook while on vacation and Disney have some delicious food at their hotels and parks.

    Have a magical vacation!
