My husband & twin 8 yr old D LOVE Star Wars. Will be in DW 6/2 to 6/16. How early we can get to HS? Want to get in line to get the tickets to meet the stars. What time will the Storm troopers be doing their show on top of the ticket booths?

    Hello there Jennifer!

Looks like we will be there at the same time! We will be arriving on the 5th and staying until the 11th! Disney Park Transportation starts one hour prior to the park opening. I do remember last year that people were camping out to get tickets to see certain stars... So the earlier you can get there the better. If your sons are planning to do the Jedi Training Academy, just to let you know, I spoke to one of the Cast Members at the Jedi Training Academy a few months ago and she gave me some great advice. She said that to have the best chance of your sons being chosen to become a Padawan in one of the shows, you need to get to Hollywood Studios before it opens. When the park officially opens, go straight to the Jedi Training Academy stage and ask one of the Cast Members about signing up for one of the shows during the day. This is super important, your sons must be present to be able to sign up to take part in the Jedi Training Academy. The Storm Troopers are there most of the day.. They have to take a break at times but are back on patrol quickly. I hope you and your family have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel! If you have more questions, we are always here to help!
