    Hi all! My husband and I come on a trip a month ago and had Disneyresort and tickets booked through Disney and didn’t receive any luggage tags Are we able to still receive these afterward for keepsakes? And who would we email to make this possible?

    Hello there Kara, we're so glad you stopped by planDisney!

    I hope you and your husband had the most magical trip to the Disneyland Resort!  I'm always dreaming up my next Disney vacation after I return so I have something to look forward to!  

    If you booked a Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package, you should have received your voucher to redeem for your collectible pin and lanyard with your travel ePackage.  The vouchers do need to be redeemed on-site for the pin and lanyard.  Since you were visiting from Australia, you may have booked your vacation with a local travel agent.  I do recommend you check with them as well in case they were offering luggage tags for Guests when you booked.  

    There is an option to email the Disneyland Resort for assistance, and that could be an option for you as well, Kara!  I hope you had a safe trip back home, and if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to come back and ask!
