    My husband and I are traveling to Orlando, as a late honeymoon, and wanted to visit Downtown Disney the night we are there for dinner or something. Do we need tickets of some sort or is Downtown Disney open to the public?

    Hi Caitlin!

    Congratulations on your new marriage!  Walt Disney World can be a very romantic place, and I think it's perfect for a honeymoon.

    Downtown Disney does not require any type of ticket or admission, and is definitely open to the public.  We love visiting there on one of our "non-park" days during a trip.  

    I do highly recommend that you make a dining reservation in advance.  My family ate at the newest restaurant, The BOATHOUSE, while we were there in June and it was amazing!  I think it would be a great choice for you guys, but there are lots of wonderful options at Downtown Disney.
