Congratulations on your September vacation to Walt Disney World!
I'm happy to help answer your question. I do all of my own bookings online and process all of my payments that way as well, so I'm fairly well versed in that department!
To make a payment to your reservation online, you need to have a Walt Disney World online profile set up.
Sign in to the
Walt Disney World Website (in the top, left corner beneath the Walt Disney World logo icon) using your profile ID & password
or create a new one if you haven't before.
Once you sign in to your profile, click on the 'My Disney Vacation' next to the little orange suitcase icon and select 'My Reservations.'
You'll then see your reservation information - or - select 'Find Missing Reservation' and enter your confirmation number and details on how your reservation was booked.
After clicking the blue 'View Details' beneath your reservation, you'll be taken to a page where you can select 'Pay Balance Now' in the Price & Payment section.
If you are unable to access this area through your profile, contact (407) 939-7429 for a 'Resort Only' reservation, or (407) 939-7675 if you have 'Vacation Package' booking that includes park tickets. A Cast Member will be able to assist you in retrieving your reservation information and advise you on accessing your reservation for online payment if applicable. If you are unable to access the reservation online, a Cast Member can process your payment for you by telephone.
