    My husband & I will be traveling to Disney late Sept with our 2 1/2 year old. A friend offered to use his IBM discount to get us tickets. Is this allowed? I don't want to get to the park only to be turned away, but the difference in price would help.

    Yes. If you are fortunate enough to have a friend that can purchase tickets via an employer's Human Resources department, you may be able to get a significant discount (usually up to 20% off). Often companies that are WDW sponsors are given these discounts. You will see the company's logo on an attraction. For example, General Motors sponsors Test Track in Epcot.

    Corporate discounts are sometimes given to companies with a business relationship with Disney as well. Think Chase which offers the Disney Visa card.

    I have first hand experience with this type of savings. My parents are both retired from Eastman Kodak Company. My mother frequently purchased tickets for my family via her Human Resources Department. It was the largest savings on tickets that I've ever found.
