Hello, My husband, three year old son and myself are coming to Disney for the first time in March...leaning towards the moderate resorts but not sure which one has king beds..or even 2 queen beds?? Any suggestions???

    Hi Amy!

Congratulations on your first vacation to the most magical place on Earth!!!   All of the resorts on property offer King beds, although at some resorts, you may incur a separate charge for a guaranteed King bed.  At the Value resorts, you may request one, but will not be guaranteed a King; therefore, there is not an additional charge.  If you do not receive a King bed at the Value resorts, the alternative is two (small!) doubles.  Of the Value resorts, Pop Century is our absolute favorite!

If you wish to upgrade to a moderate resort, you may choose to pay extra for a room with a King bed, or stick with the traditional two beds.  The great news is that ALL of the rooms at the Port Orleans French Quarter resort now offer either a King bed, or two QUEENS - Yippee!!!  It is also the smallest of the Disney resorts, which means that every room is incredibly convenient to the lobby, food court and buses.  It certainly has my vote for best Moderate resort!
