Hey there, Tami! Welcome back to planDisney. Thanks for trusting us again with planning advice for your magical adventure!
The way my family manages this during our visits is each of us has our own
Disneyland account to manage logistics. This is very helpful in case the party wants to split up into separate groups during the day.
By using a valid email address, your husband and teen can create their own accounts on the
Disneyland website. Then, ask them to download the
Disneyland mobile app and log in with their own account. They can go to Tickets and Passes, click the “+” in the upper right corner, and click “Link Tickets & Passes” to link the tickets for the three of you in their instance of the app. All three of you can have all three tickets linked to your app.
By giving everyone access to the tickets, each Guest can also manage
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane selections, make in-app purchases and use
mobile ordering. If your teen is under the age of 18, they cannot link a credit card with their account, but can use a Disney Gift Card as a method of payment within the app.
I hope this helps with your planning, Tami! Have a super amazing trip with your ‘ohana!
