Joy from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My husband and I were team members a few years back, and have since retired. We have in our possession several 30-year 1 day 2-park tickets that have not yet expired. Are they still good? Thank you.

    Hi Joy,

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! I’m sure during your time as a Cast Member, you had a hand in making magic for many Guests during their vacations. I consider answering questions on planDisney my own way of making magic!

Walt Disney World Resort will honor all unexpired theme park tickets with remaining admission days. Depending on how old the ticket is, the information on your ticket may not be sufficient to link it to your MyDisney account. Instead, you can call and speak with a Cast Member, who can help convert your tickets to a comparable current ticket. I see you’re a Florida resident, so if you’re local to Walt Disney World, you can also visit a Guest Relations window or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs

While I am not a Cast Member, I love hearing the stories of current and past Cast Members. Disney Parks Blog has been featuring Cast Members who have received the Walt Disney Legacy Award. Recently, the blog has shared posts highlighting Cast Members like Grayson and Willie. I know my family likes to stop by Casey’s Corner to listen to Grayson play, and Willie has taken our family photo in Hollywood Studios. As a Guest, it is wonderful to see Cast Members getting recognition for making an impact on so many Disney vacations.

Good luck getting your tickets converted, Joy! It sounds like you’ll have a few days of Disney magic in your future! If you have any future questions, we’d love to help you again at planDisney
