My husband and I are taking our 3 1/2 year old boy in November and we are staying at the AKL. Does that resort have bed rails available for my son's bed as he is too big for a crib or pack'n'play? He's too little to sleep in a bed without rails.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Danielle!

Your trip is just around the corner and I bet you're too excited to sleep already!  Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is amazing and you're going to love it!

Disney does an amazing job at providing items that families need including bed rails.  I usually have them make a note of it when I make my reservation but don't worry if you didn't - it will be fine.  After I've done my Online Check-In within 10 days of my visit, I call the resort directly and have them make a note of my request for bed rails. The number for the Animal Kingdom Lodge is 407-938-3000.

Also be sure to mention it when you check in.  They usually aren't in the room when I check in but they bring them very soon after we arrive.  They will set them up for you - its all apart of the Disney service that is like no other.

Please feel free to visit again with any other questions. We'll be hEAR for you up until you embark on your pixie dusted trail!

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison V.
