Me and my husband are taking our two year old twins to Disney World next week for the first time next week. My question is would it be better for us to take our two umbrella strollers or our tandem double stroller? There are benefits to both.

    Hi Ashleigh,

Congratulations on your upcoming vacation! I have two boys close in age,  my sister and my best friend both have twins so I can certainly appreciate your question! If you are staying at a Disney Resort and plan on using the bus transportation to get around, I would recommend the umbrella strollers. Some double strollers can be very bulky and you have to close them up prior to boarding the bus. Another example would be if you are going to ride the train around Magic Kingdom, the umbrella strollers are easier to close and carry on board. The double strollers can also be a nuisance when you want to venture through the shops or cut through the crowds. On the other hand, the double strollers are great because it only requires one person to push and they probably recline so that the kids can take a nap. I guess that it is just a matter of preference. Keep in mind that you can also not bring any to the parks and rent a stroller there! Here is a link for more information on stroller rentals

    Hope this helps!
