Ahoy, Cynthia!
Thank you for using the Disney Parks Moms Panel as a planning resource for your Disney Cruise vacation - we're happy to help! I'm so excited for you and your husband - I've heard amazing things about the Panama Canal cruise, and definitely have it on my "cruise bucket list".
To power two CPAP machines in your stateroom, you'll most likely need an extension cord and power strip in your stateroom. As a safety precaution, these items are on the
list of items that are not permitted onboard. The good news is, you can stop by the Guest Services Desk and borrow an approved extension cord to use during your cruise. A refundable deposit will be placed on your stateroom account, and will be refunded once you return the cord on the morning you disembark. You're welcome to bring your own power strip, and have it approved for use when you pick up the extension cord. Disney Cruise Line simply wants to protect guests from any potential fire hazards from items brought on by guests, thus the safety rules.
I hope this helps with your planning. Please let us know if you have any more questions as you prepare for your amazing journey through the
Panama Canal!
Have a magical day! - Diane W.
