Unfortunately, if you booked your trip through a third-party site, such as Expedia, you must purchase a Disney package vacation – including the dining plan – at the time of your initial booking; Disney won’t let you add the plan later. It can be confusing, because If you book through Disney or a travel agent, in most cases you’ll be able to add the dining plan at any time up through a couple of days before check-in.
