My husband and I are taking our girls (4 & 1) for their first Disney trip, likely in Nov. Are undecided between POP or CBR. Mid day breaks will be a must for us, but we'd also like a moderate resort. is there much difference in travel times/ease?

    Hi Angela!

In my opinion, the best Walt Disney World Moderate Resort is Port Orleans Riverside.  I love the theming and the amenities of Port Orleans Riverside.  That said, it's sister resort, Port Orleans French Quarter, is smaller and a lot of people prefer it over Riverside.  It does have the advantage of having only one bus stop while there are several at Riverside; however, it shares the bus with Riverside.  The Caribbean Beach Resort is too large and has too many bus stops in my opinion.

I would actually recommend staying at Pop Century over a Moderate Resort if your concern is quick access to the theme parks.  Pop Century has only one bus stop and it doesn't share any buses with other Disney hotels.  I really think it has the best bus service on property.

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
