Hi. My husband and I are taking our daughter (8yrs) to WDW this June. She loves the water, but is not a strong swimmer. We will be going to both TL and BB. Will she be allowed to wear a life vest on some of the water slides, such as the Storm Sliders?

    Hi, Amber!

I always put safety first, so I have my little guy wear a life jacket.  You certainly can have your princess wear a life jacket, and you can borrow one from "Snowless Joe's" at Blizzard Beach or "High and Dry Towel Rental" at Typhoon Lagoon.

Your daughter is going to have such a great time zooming and splashing on the slides!  Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
