Hi. My husband just surprised Me with trip to California and would love to come to Disney. The only day we can go has no reservation, is there any way what so ever that we can come on that day. Please reply!!!!

Hi there Marilyn, welcome to planDisney!

You have such a wonderful husband to surprise you with a trip to The Golden State! I completely understand you wanting to visit The Happiest Place on Earth, I mean who wouldn't?

I see that you're hoping to arrive at the Disneyland Resort on January 7, 2022. If that's still true, then I have EXCITING NEWS for you! I just checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability and reservations for both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are still available for Park Hopper Tickets! I'm a huge fan of Park Hopper Tickets, once you experience the convenience and thrill of park hopping, you can't go back!

Theme Park Reservation Availability can change at any time, so I highly recommend you act quickly! I'll walk you step-by-step, as I don't want you to miss your chance. First, head to the Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets website, select the "Standard Theme Park Ticket" link, select the number of days you plan to attend the parks, select the number of tickets you need, then select the "Park Hopper" ticket option. Next, click on the "Choose Your Dates" link, and select your arrival date. Then you'll need to select the park you would like to start your day at. You can park hop over to the second theme park after 1:00 p.m., but please know that this is subject to park capacity limitations. Select the "Next" link, and you'll be taken to the final page where you can purchase theme park ticket add-ons.

On this page, you'll be given the option to purchase Disney Genie+ service. This is an add-on to your ticket that allows you to schedule arrival windows, one at a time, for Lightning Lane entrances at certain attractions. Lightning Lane entrances are now available at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park to give you quicker entry to certain attractions, hopefully resulting in less time spent waiting in line.

Whew that was a lot of information! I truly hope you're able to secure theme park reservations for your desired arrival date! If you ever have any more questions, please come back and visit us!

    See ya real soon!
