    My husband suffered a stoke on 2/14 and I had to cancel our March 2022 vacation. I did this in our DVC portal but wasn't able to see how to cancel the park tickets we purchased for two members of our party. My husband and I are Annual Pass Holders.

    James, first, let me express how sorry I am to hear that your husband and you are going through this difficult time. As a neurological Physical Therapist, I work with amazing people who have suffered strokes every day, so I know that you both may be facing some challenges and uncertainties right now. The last things you need to be worrying about are any challenges or uncertainties with canceling or postponing your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so I am honored to help my fellow Disney Vacation Club Members today.

    Since Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable, unfortunately, the policy states that you cannot cancel and get a refund on tickets that have already been purchased. However, since none of these tickets have been used yet, they will not expire, and you will be able to apply their value to ticket purchases in the future. I would also suggest calling Guest Relations at (407) 939-1289 or a Cast Member in Existing Tickets at (407) 934-7639 to check and see if there are any other options for you. If no refund can be given, I would inquire about possibly using the value of those tickets to apply towards your Annual Pass renewals. While I am not sure if that is an option, I am a firm believer in the idea that "it never hurts to ask!"
